What is ‘No Win-No Fee’ and how does it work?
We book you for a free case assessment and if there are reasonable prospects of success and if economically viable to proceed, we will agree to take on your case on a ‘No Win – No Fee’ basis, which simply means that we will only be paid a 25% fee for the work we have done to win your case at the end of your claim if and only if you win or achieve a successful outcome.
A successful outcome is either a settlement or a favourable judgment at the ccma or bargaining council.
We believe that nobody should be denied justice due solely to their financial situation and so we offer no-win no-fee services in a range of matters, including:
- unfair dismissal
- constructive dismissal
